Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

NB. Advance Booking is required, and bookings are subject to availability.  This allows us to ensure we can deliver the perfect service with all the necessary ingredients. Please call us on 01592 611 205. Kindly notify us at the time of booking that this voucher is to be used, and present it to a member of staff on arrival.  

This voucher is non-refundable and no refund is available for part-use. Vouchers are valid until the date shown on your voucher. certain items will require a supplement. This voucher is only valid from 5th January until 31st March 2026 and is not valid on Valentine's or Mothers day. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Please keep in mind this voucher will only be valid on these dates and will not be extended in any form or for any reason, this voucher is heavily deiscounted and will only last until 31st March 2026.
